  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup miso paste
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 cups cooked sushi rice
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 avocado (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup shredded nori
  • Sesame seeds for garnish
  • Sliced green onions for garnish

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
