Ingredients:

  • 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp ginger powder
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, ginger powder, and red pepper flakes to make the sauce.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over high heat.
