Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups cooked pasta
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, sauté until softened.
- Add ground turkey and cook until browned. Stir in mushrooms and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, milk, thyme, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta and turkey mixture. Pour into a greased casserole dish.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese and bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
