Directions:
- In a saucepan, combine the fish scales and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Strain the fish scale-infused water into a clean saucepan, discarding the scales.
- Add sugar, lime juice, and agar-agar powder to the saucepan. Stir well to combine.
