Ingredients:

2 lbs chicken wings
2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, minced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a bowl, mix together the minced chipotle peppers, garlic, honey, soy sauce, olive oil, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
Place the chicken wings in a large resealable bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and massage the marinade into the wings. Marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
