Ingredients:
- 1 block firm tofu, cubed
- 1/2 lb pork loin, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup snow peas
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Cooked rice, for serving
Directions:
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, and brown sugar. Set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, cook until fragrant.
- Add pork slices and cook until browned.
- Push pork to the side of the pan and add tofu. Cook until tofu is golden.
- Pour in the sauce mixture and stir to coat tofu and pork.
- Add bell pepper and snow peas, cook until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Serve stir-fry over cooked rice, garnish with green onions.
