 - 1-inch piece ginger, sliced
 - 2 tbsp soy sauce
 - 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
 - 1 tbsp rice vinegar
 - 1 tsp sugar
 - 1 tsp Szechuan peppercorns
 - 2 dried red chilies
 - 2 cups chicken broth
 - 2 green onions, chopped
 - 1 tbsp vegetable oil
 
Directions:
- In a large pot, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
 - Add garlic, ginger, Szechuan peppercorns, and dried red chilies. Stir fry for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
 - Add pork belly pieces and sear until browned on all sides.
 - Pour in soy sauce, dark soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sugar. Stir to coat the pork.
 - Add chicken broth, cover, and simmer on low heat for 1.5 hours until pork is tender.
 - Uncover and reduce the sauce until thickened.
