Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup basil pesto
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place each chicken breast between two sheets of plastic wrap and pound them to 1/4-inch thickness.
