Sweet and Salty Trail Mix

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mixed nuts (almonds, cashews, walnuts)
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup pretzel sticks
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 tablespoon sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine mixed nuts, dried cranberries, dark chocolate chips, pretzel sticks, and sunflower seeds.
  3. Drizzle maple syrup over the mixture and sprinkle with sea salt. Toss to combine evenly.
  4. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, stirring halfway through, until lightly toasted.
