Ingredients:
- 1 block firm tofu, cubed
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 red chili, sliced
- 1/4 cup vegetable broth
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp water
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Directions:
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce and sesame oil. Add cubed tofu and marinate for 15 minutes.
- In a wok or large skillet, heat some oil over high heat. Add garlic, ginger, and chili. Stir-fry for 1 minute.
- Add bell pepper and onion. Stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
- Push vegetables to the side, add tofu, and cook until browned on all sides.
- Mix vegetable broth, cornstarch, and water. Pour over the tofu and vegetables. Stir well.
- Cook until the sauce thickens and coats the tofu and vegetables.
