- 1 block firm tofu, diced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup snap peas
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon chili paste
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sliced green onions for garnish
Directions:
- Press the diced tofu between paper towels to remove excess moisture.
