Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked jasmine rice
- 1/2 cup cooked diced chicken breast
- 1/2 cup cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup diced mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, bell peppers)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil for cooking
Directions:
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Push garlic to the side of the skillet and pour beaten eggs into the center. Scramble the eggs until just cooked, then mix with garlic.
- Add diced chicken, shrimp, and mixed vegetables. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Add cooked jasmine rice to the skillet. Pour soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil over the rice. Sprinkle with white pepper. Stir well to combine all ingredients.
- Continue to stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until everything is heated through and well mixed.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
