Ingredients:
- 1 French baguette
- 200g pork belly, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sriracha sauce
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 carrot, shredded
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
- Pickled daikon and radish (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, and sugar. Marinate the pork belly in this mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- In a hot pan, cook the marinated pork belly until browned and cooked through. Set aside.
- Cut the baguette into sandwich-sized lengths and slice them open horizontally.
