Wahiawa Fish with Pineapple Salsa

Ingredients:

• 4 Wahiawa fish fillets
• 1 cup pineapple chunks
• 1 red bell pepper, diced
• 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
• 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
• 1 lime, juiced
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions:

1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
2. Season the Wahiawa fish fillets with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil.
