Ingredients:

  • 1 lb medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, toss shrimp with flour, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well coated.
