Ingredients:
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, chopped
Directions:
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger. Add chicken, cover, and marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken along with marinade. Cook until chicken is no longer pink, about 6-8 minutes per side.
- In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water. Stir into the skillet, and cook until the sauce thickens.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds and green onions on top before serving.
