Ingredients:

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger. Add chicken, cover, and marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken along with marinade. Cook until chicken is no longer pink, about 6-8 minutes per side.
  3. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water. Stir into the skillet, and cook until the sauce thickens.
  4. Sprinkle sesame seeds and green onions on top before serving.
