  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup Irish whiskey
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together Irish whiskey, honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper.
