  • 4 pounds pork shoulder

  • 2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 8 burger buns
  • 1 cup coleslaw (optional)
