White Russian Tiramisu

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup espresso
  • 1/2 cup Kahlua
  • 1/4 cup vodka
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 oz mascarpone cheese
  • 24 ladyfinger cookies
  • Cocoa powder for dusting

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, combine espresso, Kahlua, vodka, and sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Gently fold mascarpone cheese into the whipped cream until well combined.
  4. Dip each ladyfinger cookie into the espresso mixture and line the bottom of a serving dish with them.
  5. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
  6. Repeat the layers with remaining cookies and mascarpone mixture.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  8. Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder.
